Lost or Stolen Visa Debit Cards
If your TCCU Visa Debit card has been lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity on your account please report it to the Credit Union as soon as possible at (310) 618-9111. If staff members are unavailable due to a holiday or it is after normal Credit Union hours, please call 1 (800) 754-4128.

ATM Cards

When you're in need of cash and the Credit Union is closed, it's nice to know that you can use your ATM Card to access your accounts. Your cards allows you to make cash withdrawals, transfer funds and make balance inquiries from your share or share draft (checking) account at the touch of a button. Check out TCCU's locations page and click "ATM Locator" to find an ATM close to you.

Direct Deposit

Eliminate standing in long lines to deposit your paycheck. With direct deposit you can deposit your entire paycheck, Social Security check or other recurring check automatically to your TCCU account on payday. Stop in and ask a member service representative for details.

Payroll Deduction

Some members find it convenient to take a portion of their paycheck and have it automatically deposited to their share or share draft account. Most members find payroll deduction the most convenient method of making loan payments.

CU Service Centers

Traveling or relocating? There is no need to worry about not being able to access your money. One of the nice things about TCCU is that it's part of the Credit Union Service Center Network, which means you can access your money all across America.

Access your account and pay bills 24 hours a day, seven days a week with our Online FREE Bill Pay system. You can set up repeating payments, such as a car payment or rent; or schedule single payments up to one year in advance!

This can all be done from the convenience of your home – whenever you want! And the great thing is there's NO CHARGE.
