Multi-Factor Authentication

Beginning January 1 2007, TCCU will be upgrading its Internet Banking Technology to include additional security known as “Multi-Factor Authentication.” This additional security will be phased in to Home Banking, Free Bill Pay, and MasterCard (ezcard info online bill pay).

Multi-Factor Authentication is an additional layer of security that guards against unauthorized access to your online accounts. In addition to providing login ID and passwords, online-banking users will be required to provide answers to challenge questions or to provide an additional access code known only to them.

Members will be notified by email, in member statements, e-statements, and on the TCCU website regarding the details of this new process.
